How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at [returns@solenedublin.com] with the following information:
- Your order number
- Reason for your return
- Any relevant photos or images
Our team will review your request and send you further instructions if the return is approved.
Please note: Sale items are not eligible for return.
Defective, Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you received an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photo or video of the faulty item
- Your full delivery address
We will prioritise your case and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
We do not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How Long Does the Return Process Take?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 14 days for it to be inspected and processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the credit to appear in your account after your return has been processed.
